Please join Judge Catharina Haynes, Retired Judge Furgeson, and Annmarie Chiarello on May 13, 2020 at Noon via WebEx* to discuss bankruptcy appeals and more.

• Judge Catharina Haynes is a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.  Judge Haynes currently serves on the JCUS Committee on Administration of the Bankruptcy System. She is the Chair of the Committee’s diversity working group, which seeks to encourage diversity in the bankruptcy bench in through the national Roadways to the Federal Bench event.
• Retired Judge Furgeson served as a United States District Judge in both the Western and Northern Districts of Texas.  He also served as founding Dean of the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law.  
• Annmarie Chiarello is an associate in Winstead PC’s Business Restructuring/Bankruptcy Practice.
